This complete, Digital, 8 page morning time menu was designed to help you gently incorporate a beautiful morning time routine into your home. Morning Time is essentially a way to begin the day with a feast of truth, beauty and goodness through singing, reading, enjoying poetry and art, etc. This gentle and joyful habit, done daily over time, encourages a deep love of learning and nurtures the growth of virtue in ourselves and in our children.
This menu series was created for August 2020, though the pages can be used at any time and for any length of time, by simply replacing the cover page with another page of your choice (See our "à la carte" section for ideas). You may also pull single pages from the set to display at various times, for example, framing or laminating the Pledge of Allegiance to use during throughout school year.
This Catholic edition of the menu contains the following:
* August 2020 Saint Calendar (with space for notes)
* The Hymn "Hail Holy Queen Enthroned Above"
* Faith Memory Item, The Divine Praises
* The Pledge of Allegiance
* The Poem "Bed in Summer" by Robert Louis Stevenson
* Shakespeare - "Sonnet 18"
* Latin Root Words
* A Folk Song
* Scripture Memory Verse: Proverbs 15:1
***NOTE: It is ideal to put the prints into a reusable menu cover so that all the pages are water resistant and easily viewable. You can buy empty menu covers here.
Combine this menu with beautiful read alouds, such as Bible stories, Poetry, Catechism, Picture Books, etc. to make a unique morning time basket!

The images may contain minor imperfections, due to the fact that they come from various very old manuscripts and books that are often faded, stained, torn, and generally quite difficult to restore to usable condition.
